Order Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing it.
After this window, your order may already be in processing and cannot be canceled.

If your cancellation is received within the 24-hour timeframe, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

We're confident you'll love your puramur products. However, if you're not satisfied even after 14 days of use, you can return your item(s) within 60 days of purchase for a refund.

Damaged Items
All orders are carefully packed to prevent damage. We define a product as damaged if it arrives defective or physically broken. Cosmetic damage to packaging (such as dented boxes) does not qualify if the product inside is in good condition.

If your product arrives damaged, notify us within 72 hours of delivery by emailing contact.puramur@gmail.com.
Please include a clear photo of the damaged item. If approved, we’ll send a replacement at no extra cost.

We do not refund or replace items damaged due to:

Shipping & Delivery
We strive to deliver your order on time, but delays may occasionally occur due to couriers, customs, or other factors beyond our control.

Please note:

puramur is not responsible for delayed, lost, or stolen packages once shipped.

If an issue arises during transit, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly.

Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address during checkout.
If you entered the wrong address and fail to notify us within 24 hours, we unfortunately cannot offer a resend or refund.
